The Southern Road project was delivered in close partnership with LLL Development, transforming a compact 570 sqm corner block into three well-designed townhouses. The tight site demanded smart planning, careful massing, and design decisions that made every square metre work — without compromising comfort, light or usability.

Throughout construction, we visited the site regularly, reviewed workmanship, monitored staging, and kept communication open with consultants, clients, and the builder. Staying ahead of cost risks and sequencing issues allowed the project to maintain both its timeline and its financial targets. Quality remained the focus at each milestone, ensuring the final product matched the drawings and the expectations.

When it came time to sell, we met multiple agents — but the best result came from an unexpected source: a new agent going door-to-door. He saw me on site, covered in dust and dressed like a tradie, asked what we were building, and we talked through the details. His enthusiasm, ground-level understanding and genuine hunger for results delivered an outstanding outcome for the project.
